Meow..........~hugs ya~ you rock!
And you should be proud, of what you have done!
I have told u, when you fell off yer horse, and was hurt that bad for so long, it AMAZED me,yer passion, and determination, to get right back up.
For me well.......I dunno........I think my greatest"personal" achievement,,,
Getting sick,,,i mean REAL sick, being bedridden for 2 years, not listening to the dr's when they would tell me "i most likely would never..."
For surviving the next 7 years in agony (healthwise) every single day......and persevering.....
After forcing myself thru more hell than i can say, i met the most amazing man (hubby),,,and soon thereafter, i began my quest to work again.
I could only work 1-2 hours a day to begin with....and i would have to sit, while at work.
Now, tho i may not work as many hours as what one would consider full time, it FEELS like full time to me.
And for the first time in my life, i got good at something..i went to school to learn about wine for the store hubby and i work at.......and thru that, i was promoted, and greatly rewarded by the owner.
It is not the $$, that makes me proud........it is that i never gave up on my dream, nor my life.......and thru my "disability", i can still make a difference, and that just feels soooooooooo damn good.
Sorry to ramble, but this one is an emotional topic for me.
~hugs Meow again, just cuz i am so f'n proud to know her"
Peace all~*~~* [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

"Kassy" you are in inspiration. You choose not to let any health issues cripple you for life!!! Amazing how many people abuse the system, but you're out there working your ass off! Plus you found a passion - Wine...yummy!

Chosing not to become a victim of my circumstances - emotinonal abused as a child and adult by my mother. Like to think I'm a good person to ALL that I meet.
Deciding go to back to school and finish my degree. Worked during the day and went to school and night. My family refused to help...and they had the means to do so.
While learning how to jump a horse, dislocated my elbow and 3 months later got back on a horse. Still jumping to this day (3 yrs laters) and even competed in my first show last September.
